  I had to drive from Portland to Prinville. 3 hours. 1.5 hours of which was snow and ice. Not looking forward to the drive back.

  I don't mind the snow anymore. I can work from home on Snow days. In my townhouse complex, the contractors do all the outside work, like snow removal, cutting the grass, garbage pickup, planting flowers in Spring ....

  Finally! It's enjoyable in Portland until the ice comes or you have to go places and encounter everyone who isn't ready for it. I still hope for it every year though
