Cities that are allowing rioting and chaos should not receive federal funding.

Seems pretty straight forward. Either protect citizens and enforce the laws on the books be defunded.

Every state that sends money to the federal government should get funding in proportion to their input and population. Full stop. That’s law. If you don’t believe in the rules governing this nation, maybe you shouldn’t run for office. You have to swear to uphold those laws!
