Congress is only one part. But you're correct, Congress runs this country, they hold more power the POTUS. What Congress needs to work on is putting power in the States hands and the Citizens of that state. Very few things should have Federal Oversight.
I believe that government is the problem and we the people are the solution.
That is why when I'm elected, I will always fight to have less power. The more power the individual has, the better off our country will be. You can decide for yourself.
