How? What are your thoughts on the new process of claims and the delays? I have my thoughts, because I have been through the old system of claims and now the new RAMP process. I am rated at 70% but labeled as "unable to maintain meaningful employment". How will you change things?

In Congress, I will be a staunch supporter of our veterans! I know firsthand how bad the VA can be, I'll work to fix that. We need to help our men and women in uniform, they risked their lives for us.

Disband the VA. It’s a broken system, full of corrupt bureaucrats who care nothing about America’s vets. All vets should get an insurance card which entitles them to go to doctors of their choosing. They should not have to go the worst doctors (VA docs). They deserve the best.

We actually owe illegals the due process under our laws regarding immigration. There are laws concerned with immigration that have to be followed if we want standing as a lawful democracy. And agreed, every honorable vet, deserves all the support we can give.

Other than being a “staunch supporter” how will you actually fix the issue? Too many are denied benefits they’ve earned and commit suicide every day. I’d really like to hear your plan to improve this, Mr. Merritt.
