It has to do with the terms he used in his alleged facebook post, the 00010 and C with all the numbers after it make sense now. Infantry and a Canadian Forces Identification Number. Without that information the first part of the post appeared to be gibberish.

(2/2) my brother has given his life and career to the military. He was injured in Afghanistan by an IED. I find it insulting to make any references to a murderer's brief military enrolment of any kind.

I think too if you look at some of past reporting you'll see there's a strong emphasis on supporting serving troops and veterans. There's context around all this.
