More than 20 Foreign Ministers took part in a virtual meeting held under the "Alliance for Multilateralism" hosted by Foreign Minister Heiko Maas of Germany (16/01). The Foreign Ministers gave strong support to multilateralism and WHO.
I underlined 2 points: First, for countries to continue stand behind the World Health Organization, as the platform for cooperation among countries, to share information, detect, provide guidelines to prevent and respond to public health emergencies.pic.twitter.com/I36hPKt00z
Second, we must ensure that our multilateral system delivers to address the immediate need of our people, especially during the time of crisis.
