ME, the creator of the videos with MY FACE & MY VOICE in it isn't allowed to see any proof or have any kind of contact with the claimant? How is this fair? What is the logic in this?!?!pic.twitter.com/0Om1oyq0EX

My videos back in the day were formatted like this. NO AUDIO except my OWN voice! This guy on the right is showing FULL episodes (not cut up) with audio blasting & footage for anyone to see. Look at this comparison as a reference. Many other videos out on the site like this too!pic.twitter.com/AvySLLWOYM
I'm curious if the claimants for these videos even LOOK at the videos at all? Does YouTube look at them either?!?! Or does YouTube just go with whatever the claimant requests even if there's no proof just to keep them happy?
Every time in the past I've had a copyright strike & submitted a counter notification a claimant has NEVER responded within the 10-14 business days. What does this tell YouTube??? Especially if they keep putting in these takedowns for a ton of other creators.
Your partner support is also terrible. They pass you around a ton of different people who give you copy & paste responses. It makes me wonder if anyone truly understands the situation? I've been ignored for days on end too & some support agents have totally avoided my questions.
Look at some of the examples of comments I get ALL THE TIME... Yeah... really seems like I'm not following fair use huh??? Bet they went over to this guy's channel to watch everything in FULL!!!pic.twitter.com/qOK7LHmaQj
@leonardjfrench any advice on what to do in this situation?
Hey @TeamYouTube you there?! Haven’t heard anything from you about this.
@NickRekieta what do you make of this situation? I'm trying to get whatever help I can man...
