Look how Trump talks about PR and the mayor. It started when the mayor spoke about how Trump did nothing, but throw paper towels and left. 4500 deaths are on Trump. Fact. And since then, Trump has talked trash nonstop about them. PR received death threats from Trump supporters.

As soon as they pay ALL the taxes Americans & States do to the Fed, they can be true Americans. They can't even vote for the President. They're pseudo citizens. No offense but that's not a full American.

They are us citizens, nothing you say changes they can come over here tomorrow if they felt like it and participate fully in our government including run for president.
I never said they weren't citizens. And they are coming over and collecting federal funds that they don't pay into. If they want their ISLAND fixed, they need to completely contribute. Then I have no issue sending them money. Until then, fix it with THEIR tax system. We'll 'HELP'
So that should go for Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, Wyoming....etc as well. If these states expect federal aid they'll need to start contributing to our country instead of taking from it.
