Who by looking up that name you can find that he is in fact, the sole owner of the Sparta Remix and is okay with us making our own. Your failed copyright system is allowing HAAWK to falsely claim content that isn't theirs to make money (assuming the videos are monetized) 2/3
Hey @TeamYouTube, a company named HAAWK is claiming certain videos known as Sparta Remixes but I, as a community veteran, know for a fact that they do not own the rights to the original Sparta Remix. It was originally made by a YouTuber named "Keaton" 1/3

I don't ask for much but I can speak for the whole community when I say if this issue isn't addressed expect a lot of coverage on how poorly you handle receiving fraudulent copyright claims. It's 2019 this has been going on for as long as I joined YouTube in 2012.

The copyright system if I recall correctly, was meant to empower creators, and your laziness over fact checking to see who actually owns rights to a song, movie, video, etc, has allowed extortionists and trolls to scam innocent YouTubers.

Forgot to add 3/3 to the last one but you get my point. Furthermore I'm not saying you should make it harder to file a claim by adding your social security number, I'm just saying do some research before you approve a claim and that they 100% own the material they are claiming.
