In my mind, u were the best opportunity 4 Democrats 2 take the district. Most candidates would have done an exploratory 2 c if they had the backing b4 announcing. Clarify, didn’t get the support from Dem Committee or whom? Otherwise there will b assumptions
Prior 2 announcing I received overwhelming positive feedback. However it was VERY difficult to gain support/raise money when EVERY article in the Buff. News said I wouldn’t win. Also, the rural & Monroe county chairs refused to meet and accusing me of being an Erie Ctny recruit.

Ur political freshness makes u a great candidate so having a hard time buying it. Nate couldn’t beat some1 under indictment so if Dems would rather throw support 2 him, its time 2 call them out. 1 reason not 2 would b if there is a swamp deal in place.

It’s the truth. It wasn’t about the best candidate. There were 8 Dem chairs I had to convince. A few wouldn’t even answer my call or meet with me. One told me the office was too big for me and he was team Nate. I didn’t have the support I needed. Fundraising is tough w/o support
