I did! A lot of interesting points buried within a blog post of ignorance. Diversity should encompass more than gender & racial diversity but our field should excel in their science and efforts to diversify it. If folks can't handle that, don't be mad at those of us who can.

They have diversity. Big time. At this point, it's about quota-like parity (the "equity" component of DEI), and that's impossible to accomplish and still maintain academic standards.
