NY-3 and NY-5 gained votes, which can be accounted for by out of city votes being reflected in the state numbers. NY-7 and NY-12 have no differences except in Blanks and Voids which are reported on by the state and not the city.
To be clear, every candidate in NY-14 and NY-6 'lost' votes, so we're not making accusations but we have not been able to get an answer as to why these discrepancies exist in the reporting.
We understand that unofficial results will sometimes contain unintentional errors that are corrected as votes come in etc. However the timestamp on the state results are 3 days post-primary (as opposed to city's which are from the 24th) one would assume the later reporting to...
...be more complete and accurate. Again, we are not making claims of election interference,but with absentee ballots yet to be counted it is important that voters trust that the results being reported are accurate.
We hope there is a mundane answer to this question, and hope by bringing attention to it we can come to a swift explanation and enter the absentee count with confidence in the reporting.

I would try DMing the city BOE first, and subsequently follow up with Queens BOE to see if it was received. Counting has been delayed.
