I disagree, looks like this is all working as intended
This farmer is donating his, but many are dumping surplus crops and milk. The government could step in and make sure this food makes it to folks in need. I would hope that some people that can afford it would pay him something. It would be great if the farmers would do pick your own or sell it straight from their property.

If a trucker would drop a pallet or two on my front lawn, I could let everyone in town get a bucket full, and the farmer's paypal address. our store had a limit on milk for a while. If they need a market, how about a deal on cases of evaporated milk? What about welfare cheese?
