First of all, you should tell people that one of the lead developers on this project, F&T Group, is a donor of yours. We know you've taken at least $30K from F&T execs while in office, and we know that this development isn't the only F&T Group site displacing folks in Flushing.
Second, you have been absent in this process. My team and I were standing with the community at 3 out of 4 of the CB7 hearings. You didn't even send a visible rep for your office to make themselves available to the community, or make a statement. That's a basic part of the job.
Finally, the top industries that you've taken money from have been the Real Estate and the Securities & Investment industries.
