I work 4 days (most weeks are around 40 hours, still). I would be incredibly sad to go back to a 5 day week.
Didn't mind the 40 hour week. It was the management of time off that wore me out. Sick? Take it out of my vacation time bank. Family member ill? Same Time for Personal business? Same Day to catch up on other personal stuff? Same Vacation time? all gone.
