If the President isn't mentally competent enough to figure out whether his claim that an elected representative of the United State was dancing to celebrate 9/11, how is he competent to hold the office at all?
Oh he's competent. I think the more the narrative just paints him as dumb (I know, I know) the easier it is for intentional bad faith acts to not be seen as dangerous, which they certainly are to our democratic institutions and in cases like this to human beings.
