You have ubi. You have min wage. You start a small business and want to hire someone wo exp to test etc, you are forced to go all in with min wage. Even though he wants to work and also has ubi. And min wage makes economy smaller. And this guy explains it better

A "living wage" won't matter when millions of jobs no longer exist. It also doesn't address people who stay at home and do some of the most important jobs in our society without compensation. UBI is the better solution for the coming challenges than a flat MW increase.

Agreed. We need inflation pegged and regional weighted wages. I don't think Sanders gets us there though. Although people and policy can both change.
