The meetings I have will change over time with the projects, but this works for now. Based on the results of this experiment, in Feb I will be going to Seattle, NYC, and Barcelona while completing a 4-6 week climbing training program

In March, I plan on reducing the number of SF / Bay Area home office days based on how Feb goes!

Here is some math explaining why I think this works: - the average office worker goes to work 20 days/month - due to meetings/distractions, these days are not maker optimized - I work 12-15 days per month of *just* maker time - I work 5-8 days which are not maker-optomized

Finally, I track the perceived productivity of the full maker days and split maker days and iterate from there based on identified factors

How do you find climbing partners that climb with the same schedules? But yeah, being remote like this if you can manage it really looks like a dream.
-
I'm hoping posts like this will help find partners with the same schedule and requirements (climbing with 100% time climbers or weekend warriors can be challenging otherwise). I've used fb groups, mountain project, and even walking up to the crag solo with gear

Does this mean mainly sport climbing / bouldering? Or are you speedy and knocking out red rocks trad routes in an afternoon?

-
Sport and bouldering! I usually do multipitch / trad routes on weekends or days off.
