Research shows ABA is both unhelpful for and traumatic to autistics. Maybe quit the insults and look into the facts behind it.
ABA is ALWAYS coercion, and thus ALWAYS unethical and abusive. If it‘s not coercion, then it‘s not ABA - and can and should be done outside of ABA therapy, with actual professionals, in the actual best interest of the person receiving the therapy.

I know it probably hurts to hear that a choice you’ve made is harming your child, but maybe sit with that discomfort and really try to examine what your kid is going through objectively instead of rabidly attacking everyone who speaks out about that harm.

They blocked me so I can’t directly respond but I’m assuming they mean “autistic people can’t see things correctly or in a nuanced way”
ABA is glorified dog training designed to make the parents feel better by putting the kid through torture. If this passes in Virginia it will heavily affect any decision to ever move to that state as they will condone child torture in public schools.
