    Another example of the hardest cases we deal with at - a young person facing detention because of lack of decent treatment options for people with disabilities in the criminal justice system. Once again challenges with NDIS service provision too.

    He’s profoundly disabled, so why is “Dave” facing detention? Children’s Court president Amanda Chambers said the case highlighted the lack of options for disabled people caught up in the criminal justice system.
