Watch the whole video, and they couldn't retreat. They were waiting for their bus there. So they were where they were supposed to be. They are students. Can't say the same from the ADULTS on the situation. They should've behave better.

There was NO reason for Mr. Phillips to have stood SO CLOSE to the minor male. Phillips got in the young man’s face to provoke an incident. Not the other way around!
