Morphing Madness is almost done and Me at people picking Andalite Chronicles: How are you justifying your daddy issues? Me at people picking book 54: How much do you let trauma define who you are? And those who haven't voted (me): which trauma is resonating with you more today?

The really wild part is that that’s the episode we recorded right after my grandfather’s funeral.

It's such a tough choice. I figured...I've owned Andalite Chronicles since I was a kid, but honestly cannot remember whether I read 54 as a kid and forgot, or just never read it (for one reason or another). So one of them has certainly had more influence on me since my childhood.

An amusing note: I much prefer fantasy over sci-fi, yet was WAY more into Animorphs than HP (I never got past the fourth book). I guess it toed the line close enough, & the morph descriptions (body horror & in-morph senses) exercised my imagination. Also shapeshifting best power.
