I feel like this is a rare exception for me where everyone sucks here. Like bf wasn't terrible for getting flowers, but having them sent to the house and how he talks about his gf and women makes him suck.

Man redditors went hard that he's been flirting with the woman at work and I didn't get that vibe at first.

I'm not saying I don't believe in platonic relationships but imo calling someone other than your spouse a spouse is a massive red flag. If it were truly platonic I'd have called her a bestie or something.

Okay I like this. This makes sense to me. While I have friends that use the phrase and have never seen anything other than platonic friendship from it, but I can understand this as a red flag.

If he was single would he be interested in his work wife? He clearly likes her personality and thinks she's a 10. He might be a good guy and would never cheat but this isn't healthy.

It’s not healthy to have some amount of romantic interest in more than one person? That sounds pretty much impossible to satisfy.

It is not healthy to gaslight your girlfriend by pretending to not have feelings for someone else and by acting like her insecurity is entirely her fault. And yeah, I'd say it's not healthy to be romantically interested in multiple people if you are in a monogamous relationship.

Having a crush or finding someone's attractive? Sure. That's fine that's healthy. Being romantically interested? That's different.

Is having a crush/finding someone attractive not the same as a romantic interest? What’s the difference?

Unless you’re saying the difference is between being attracted to someone’s physical appearance and being attracted to someone’s personality? But I find that distinction to be kind of arbitrary when we’re talking about what’s okay and not okay

I mean again your relationship and boundaries are your relationship discussions and boundaries.
