I Finished the Animorphs GN on Friday with big plans to relax all weekend before starting another book on Monday. Figured out pretty quickly not working has made me anxious and I’ve just been pacing. Not much relaxing at all. REALLY looking forward to Monday. Is that sad?

I've been discussing something similar with my therapist for awhile. My work/life balance is at its worst because of WFH, so I can only imagine how much worse it is for you. I hope you're able to find some relief!

I’ve always been like this. Even pre-plague. I truly enjoy what I get to do so it never feels like “work” to me. That said, sometimes I need to log out and it can be difficult. It usually takes some type of 4+ days of vacation where I can’t work even if I wanted to to reset.

Burn out is real! I took this last week off because December was hellish in order to reset my brain. I actively hid my work phone in my car, or would go hiking where there wasn't cell service.
