They keep also trying to remind me that I'll owe more money when the account is done like that matters dude your service sucks and Verizon or AT&T will pay for me to move

Your service sucks at my apartment, at my job, and I cant reliably walk around NYC knowing that I have service that works. I talked to three people today to literally just be told it sucks to be you.
