I really wish companies would stop using UPS (though FedEx isn't much better tbh.) But UPS has lost a third package for me this year. This time I had it delivered to a "UPS access point" and they still lost it. I am filing my second complaint with the BBB because of them.
Representative is insistent that they delivered the package. Then proceeds to yell at me about various other things I said, like the fact that I use access points because UPS will tell me it requires a signature and then doesn't get a signature. "We wouldn't do that"

I've literally already gone to BBB because you do. I have shown proof that UPS tells me a signature is required "when it isn't."
