Continued Saga with @UPS tonight:
-one of their customer service people literally gave me the brushoff and tried to hang up on me until I threatened to go to the BBB
-They are acting like I am making up the fact that UPS told me a signature was required when it wasn't (1/4)
-they have given me 4 different "drop off locations" as to where my package was left and still continue to give me different locations after I told them this -Told me I was responsible for their fuck up and fixing it (4/4)
