Continued Saga with @UPS tonight:
-one of their customer service people literally gave me the brushoff and tried to hang up on me until I threatened to go to the BBB
-They are acting like I am making up the fact that UPS told me a signature was required when it wasn't (1/4)
which is why I let it be delivered to my apartment, where if I wasn't home to sign, I would get a notice to go pick it up somewhere
-They keep acting like it is @tordotcom or @MacmillanUSA's fault that UPS screwed up
-Two people hung up on me
-One told me I would be called (2/4)

back within the hour with more information. I wasn't, and when I called back (like I said I would) they said the person who could give this info had gone home. When I asked if the person went home before I was told I would get a call back, they blamed
