So earlier this week someone hacked my @grubhub account and ordered several food orders on it before I realized it.
I am now on my third call to get them to do SOMETHING about this. They've claimed twice theyll refund it and then give me the run around about how theyll do it.
And not even wait - that implies that you followed up - 3 days before I called you AGAIN and finally got someone to help. Unacceptable to tell a customer who has had something stolen from them that you will call them back and TWICE didnt.
