I'm having a problem with my thumbnails. It iznt letting me actully put customers thumbnails. It keeps saying errors even though it's the same format and all my other thumbnails

I only tried it on desktop, IDK if it is a problem on my side or... It the exact same Format as all my other thumbnails (PNG.) it says "Unexpected end of JSON input" but yah i don't know if it is a problem on my side. i have is scheduled for Tuesday so i have timepic.twitter.com/3904ymimdS

Hmm, could you try signing out and signing back in to the account and clearing the browser's cache/cookies? Let us know if that helps clear things up!

I just tried that and it still wont let me. And it dosnt give me an option to put a customer thumbnail on mobile. I'm using my samsung galaxy s9

Hello, i'm sorry it wont let me do that, i filled all that out but it asks me to take a screenshot but i need to be in my creator studio in the editor to do so but you guys don't allow that i guess. i was now just wondering if this is going to effect my future up lodes?
