  Texas has the worst maternal mortality rate in America. Even if you get insurance when you are pregnant, you didn’t have adequate healthcare before that, to get diabetes, high blood pressure, and other conditions in control. So you have worse pregnancy outcomes. #GOPWarOnWomen
