I made a New Years resolution last year to be in bed at 10:30 with the lights out, still get bouts of insomnia and it took a while to get used to it but much much better all round.

Alarms, I have alarms set to make me do it. It’s worth a go - keep it up! In a few weeks you won’t want to go back.
