Since lockdown, my body clock's gone haywire. Eg; got up at 08:30 yesterday & here I still am, bright-eyed & bushy-tailed. I'll either crash around lunchtime or get my second wind & won't get any sleep until the small hours tomorrow. It's baffling.

I am getting on this train with you. I'm knackered by 9.30pm and wife awake at 6am. I was always a morning person until about ten years ago, so I feel like I could just claim this is a reversion to my natural state? Can only lie in if I drink.
