Felt like another big sad was about to hit and throw me for a couple days-to-weeks but I've had a longer sleep now and I'm okay so far? Maybe a false alarm then.. lets hope anyway haha. I am feeling a bit empty but that's been recurring since I teens so, same old same old. 1/2
