I hate it when my detransition is described as a "gender journey" as if this was all just some fun "find yourself" experience. I've lost almost a decade to this, I've lost parts of my body to this. This shouldn't have happened.

At 14 I was struggling a lot, far more than I realised at the time. I wish I had neutral MH support to help me deal with myself & explore my dysphoria until I was 18 with a far clearer head to make better decisions. Instead I was affirmed, and given blockers at 15. Now I'm here.

This quite literally breaks my heart. I can feel it in my chest. For you and all the kids (cause that what you were) who weren't given proper care or consideration by those who were supposed to be professional ADULTS. I'm praying for them all

I'm so sorry. I'm a bit down the rabbit hole after reading about a man fighting to stop this happening to his daughter who is being led to transition by the school / doctors. He's been jailed now for fighting to bring awareness to the situation. His comment on it is (1/2)
