This happens to me when I forgot to take my medicine
Nothing like randomly waking up at midnight after going to sleep early 
I was exhausted when I went to bed, I'm exhausted now. Does my body want sleep or not??? >:(

I take an antipsychotic for my bipolar disorder. When I don't take it, I wake up at 3, 4, 5 and cannot go back to sleep. My psychiatrist insists sleeping a full night every day is the number 1 indispensable thing to be stable and well. Take care!
