Is preemptively feeling humiliated at the thought of speaking up for myself a symptom of anxiety? Because I've got that, and I'll probably get it again on the day. When are they gonna do pulls for confidence?lol :|

It's usually prescribed in liquid form, although there are also some pills that will give you very severe overconfidence. Would not recommend.

Confidence comes with experience. It's the getting the experience that is hard. Confrontation is hard but rewarding. You can do this.
