Today I very specifically hate my hysterectomy and the consequence that is having to rely on a GP service and Gender Identity Clinic that won't talk to each other and don't seem to care?

A lot of women dont know that Menopause clinics exist & they can ask GP for referral

Ive known a lot of women who have really benefitted once they managed to secure a referral! you may have to push for it a bit tho good luck x
