Today I very specifically hate my hysterectomy and the consequence that is having to rely on a GP service and Gender Identity Clinic that won't talk to each other and don't seem to care?

Clinics are so overrun because transition has enthralled so many young people. But you absolutely matter and should be getting proper care - keep on them, make them do their damn jobs.
They really must be overrun, my own has a wait list of 5 years currently which is insane. But yeah, just the whole downplaying my own situation thing has a hold of me pretty tightly. I've got another appointment tomorrow so I'll bring it up again.

I don't know what to suggest, but you can ask to change your GP - especially if its a group practice - if you don't feel they're helping.
A menopause clinic might be a good place if you can find one.
Can you ask for a hormone check?
