It's been almost 7 months since I started estrogen. No hair regrowth for me so far 
I was really hoping, I only started properly losing my hair in 2019. It couldn't hold on for that last stressed year till I stopped T in Jan 2020? Rude.

A lot of us ladies have sparse hair as we get older, in any case. It might be one reason why women's costumes so often include hats or veils. Also, orthodox Jewish women always crop their hair and wear wigs when married. If you look at pics of them they look wonderful.
