I know of a couple, but are there any more detrans women who've had lower surgery? On blogs, or YouTube? I'm not looking to talk or anything really, just wanna know if there's more out there like me?

I've read a few accounts on r/detrans, so you could have a search there?
I'd only seen two posters so far but I did have another look and found a video I hadn't watched from one of them was back up, I think it went private for a while last I tried?, so I'll take a look at that :)
