The "GC" people who come on to Twitter just to say unpleasant things about others' appearances need to find something else to do. You're not helping, it's embarrassing seeing full grown adults act like that.

I’m on the fence. People like Rachel Levine’s appearance is a visual representation of just how ridiculous the idea that a man can become a woman is. He looks ridiculous, but he could change that with a haircut and appropriate clothing. I think grooming and dress are fair game.
IDK that person so I Googled the name. I don't see what's wrong with their "grooming and dress", just looks normal to me. I don't understand your justification. What does calling their looks ridiculous achieve when it is (I'm assuming) politics and ideology that you disagree on?

And to be clear: I would NOT make fun of his face or body. I would not make fun of anyone’s face or body. Expecting the citizens of the US to believe he is a woman is ludicrous.
