Obtaining diagnosis of Gender Dysphoria (one of the main requirements) might even be impossible, how can a person be diagnosed with GD in regards to wanting to be the sex that they already are? There is uncertainty. Another reason for the government to provide a process. 4/7

Detrans women are already female, we were born female. We shouldn't have to jump over all the same hurdles of a legal gender change the same way a MtF transgender individual does, for example. 5/7

The hurdles in a legal gender change make sense, but only for trans individuals who want to be recognised as the opposite sex. For detrans men and women who want to recognised as the sex they already biologically are, it stops making sense. 6/7

Reversing a legal gender change should be as easy as sending in a statutory declaration saying you wish to do so. The fact that a proper reversal process does not even exist is a very poor oversight by the government. 7/7
