Yes, birth sex re-established. We would just need an official documentation of sort that says "this person has returned to their birth sex" or similar, so our records can be updated again.

presumably the NHS record & driving licence can returned to actual sex as these are self id by request? what about passports which are self id + doctor's note can they be corrected to actual sex prior in absence of GRC being withdrawn?
