Found my Tavistock referral letter and my adult GIC therapist said they're apparently supposed to be pretty in depth? Well, if this is what's considered "in-depth" then that's a complete joke.

Freedom of information requests should get you everything that they have on you. You don’t have to specify anything in particular, just ask for all records. They are obliged to provide.
:) That's what I did with both camhs and the Tavi so I'm able to take in what my adult GIC doesn't have. Was just disappointed that when the Tavi sent my diagnosis to the adult GIC it was only the summary and not the individual assessments.

Having seen the way CAMHS works I feel only anger...for us they were the starting point for affirmation...from day 1. Having attended Tavistock AGMs it’s even worse. probably best not to share my feelings about any of them...
