Found my Tavistock referral letter and my adult GIC therapist said they're apparently supposed to be pretty in depth? Well, if this is what's considered "in-depth" then that's a complete joke.

They have my assessment summary but not the individual reports, which IMO is where the sheer lack of proper assessment really "shines".

IKR if the GIDS is at the cautious/sensible end of care with the shitshow the CQC uncovered, it makes me think that the US is a complete bonfire when it comes to any record keeping ok assessment.
