Found my Tavistock referral letter and my adult GIC therapist said they're apparently supposed to be pretty in depth? Well, if this is what's considered "in-depth" then that's a complete joke.

According to the dates I met with camhs therapist Sept 2011 after only having come out two months before and got referred two weeks later. You know, when I was going through it I thought stuff was happening too slow but what a clown I was 'cause it couldn't have happened faster!

They have my assessment summary but not the individual reports, which IMO is where the sheer lack of proper assessment really "shines".

Do you have it in writing they don't have this information? You should do a subject access request for all information and data they hold on you, then you'll have it in writing what they do/don't have.
