Any transition discussion in therapy should include honest reckoning with how dating options and fertility will be affected. This isn't a minor side issue, this is a huge, important part of peoples lives.

Its such a huge decision yet approached so casually by people, myself included, when I started at 14 and at 20 when I completed SRS. I'm just thankful that I (still) dont want to be a mother. It baffles me that people think a 10 yo (being prescribed PBs) could make this decision.
