I'm 23 so I'm years late but this quarantine I've been learning to cook so now I'm capable of meals that are not just one ingredient or microwavable. Yay me :)

I still struggle to have more than one thing going on though... mind just goes blank for a bit and then I'll remember what's next. But it's ok, I'm fine with my food being a little crispy

I'm later than you and learning more atm too. Same with the difficulty multitasking though. Easier once preparing each component becomes automatic
