So pleased that I went ahead and decided to just not pick up the prescription that time. I could have quit in October 2019 but silly me I was a little all over the place mentally and got dissuaded by my GIC from just stopping there and then, oh well though.

Just curious, will you need to take estrogen the rest of your life?
-
Much to my dismay, yes.

That’s awesome! I’ve been off for 1.5 years now. Time kind of went by really fast this year lmao, it doesn’t feel like it’s been that long.
-
I've hear people say it feels like it's been forever but I'm with you, it's really been one of those "where did the year go?" years for me too!

I take it you had surgery that stopped your natural estrogen? I feel for you, that could very well have been me. I appreciate right now that I waited to start T until I was 23, and left the option open to stop without needing to go on estrogen.
-
Around the time I started T, my mom (and her mom) both got breast cancer that may be connected to estrogen levels. So I don't even know if taking estrogen would be safe for me.
